Application Fees for the Dual Awards
Your Application Fee is payable when you have submittted your application. The Fee is based upon the number of staff (employed/self employed) in your organization. You will be asked to confirm that you agree to this when you apply.
As our Head Office is based in the UK the Application fee quoted below is in GBP (£ sterling). Payment however can be made in the local equivalent e.g., in Euros, US dollars and all major currencies. We will invoice you when we receive your application and payment should be made by Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer.

Apply at any point in the year and we will reduce your fee in line with the full months remaining (after the month we receive your application). So, for example, if you apply on the 3rd June, you only pay for 6 months. We will confirm the reduced fee when we receive your application.
Award Categories
The Awards are divided into 3 specific categories, to ensure that each organisation is specifically recognised as a leader for Diversity and Inclusion in their own sector. These categories (and examples) are:
- Corporate (Private, PLC, Business, SME.)
- Public (All levels of Government, Education, NHS, Housing, Policing, Local Authorities, etc.)
- Not-For-Profit / Community Organisations

Please note that organisations must be registered in order to use the International Inclusion Award and/or the Diversity Champion Award logos.

The Assessment Process
The International Inclusion and Diversity Awards are assessed independently by an experienced external assessor with specialist knowledge of international diversity and inclusion.
The assessor reviews each submission against an evidence-based framework, ensuring every application is considered fairly and consistently.
If any further information or clarification is needed, we will contact you.
Applicants also receive brief feedback, highlighting areas to strengthen over the coming 12 months. This helps winners continue developing their approach to inclusion, respect, and diversity within the context of their organisation, location, and sector.

If successful you will be able to use the 2026 Award Logos immediately.
