Benefits of the Dual Awards
The Dual Awards
Diversity and Inclusion
Diversiton (established in 2003) has sought to encourage and promote inclusion, respect and opportunities for everyone at work and in our wider world. We introduced the Diversity Calendar in 2003 and the Awards in 2013.
The Awards are now well established. The multi-layered 'globe' represents our worldwide symbol of diversity. The 'orange segments' are an illustration of how we all are needed to complete inclusion.
This is not a competition
These international Dual Awards recognise an achieved standard and are not a competition. We don't do formal dinners. We believe that success is owned by all stakeholders in your organisation. We encourage you to promote your Awards so that everyone in your organization benefits and shares in your recognition.
On-line Assessment process
We have independent Assessors who review your application and will give you concrete feedback with suggestions on areas where you organisation can continue to grow.
We want you to do well and our independent assessors can help you to develop year after year. You can apply online today - our application form is straightforward.
Is your Organisation applying for the Dual Awards?
The Dual Awards recognise and promote organisational excellence and achievement in Inclusion and Diversity. This is the most comprehensive Award framework covering not only the diversity aspects of age, race, gender, sexuality, religion and disability but also individual strengths and potential.
The Awards highlight those organisations who actively recognise the diversity of their people and seek to promote inclusion in ways that benefit all employees, the organisation’s clients and the wider community.
The Inclusion and Diversity Champion Awards are open to all organisations - irrespective of size, geographical location or sector.
Awards are made in one of 5 categories - Corporate, Public Sector, Community, Not for Profit and S.M.E. These prestigious and highly regarded Awards are recognised internationally and we have Award winners from countries across the world.
Award winners can include the Inclusion Award logo and the Diversity Champion logo on their website, letterhead and signage to promote their achievements in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.
Your organisation must demonstrate that it has specific initiatives already in place to promote diversity and inclusion. These initiatives must be appropriate and relevant to your organisation and its employees. These could include e.g.
