Diversity and Inclusion
Established in 2003 Diversiton had sought to encourage and facilitate inclusion, respect and opportunities for everyone at work. We introduced the Diversity Calendar in 2003 and the Awards in 2013.
The Awards are well established and our 'globe' represents our worldwide symbol of inclusion. We are delighted that in 2019 we will celebrate our first Award from Chile (Cencosud - see below)..
This is not a competition
The Dual Awards recognise an achieved standard and are not a competition. We don't do black-tie dinners. We believe that success is owned by all stakeholders in your organisation. We encourage you to promote your Awards so that everyone in your organisation benefits and shares in your recognition.

The Diversity Champion Awards are open to all organisations - irrespective of size, geographical location or sector.
Awards are made in one of 5 categories - Corporate, Public Sector, Community, Not for Profit and S.M.E. These prestigious and highly regarded Awards are recognised locally and internationally.
Award winners can include the Diversity Champion logo on their website, letterhead and signage to promote their achievements in the fields of Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement.
Benefits of the Dual Awards
